Year 5 - Miss Rollé
Year 5 had a busy but brilliant first few days back and the children have settled into life at Cathedral Primary School wonderfully.
They have adapted to working with new classmates, new teachers, and to new challenges with some exciting activities such as a bridge building challenge and desert island survivor game. Our newest school value is Resilience and we did some work on this by thinking about how we can show resilience in our learning and set some targets for the first term.
The children were excited to discover their new topic: The Anglo Saxons and Vikings and created their very own Viking passport to help them travel back through time!
We are looking forward to getting stuck into more challenges and exploring new topics with the children as the year goes on.
