|The association for PE have started an initiative called #ThisIsPE to support parents and teachers with PE at home. Below is a YouTube playlist of 2 min video clips that show fun and easy to follow PE activities for the whole family to enjoy together (3 new video clips are added every week.|
Below are some excellent resources from the Youth Sports Trust to help you have fun and learn with some PE activities at home.
This playlist contains recordings of many live sessions run by the Youth Sports Trust. The purpose is to provide some extra physical activity for children who are particularly missing all the sports clubs they would usually go to. Each session is 30 minutes and led by an elite sportsperson.
The following resources are all sport specific ones that the governing bodies or other organisations have produced and a chance for you to get inspired in your particular area of interest (updated regularly).
