Big Arts Week was full of fun! It was a wonderfully creative week with all forms of the Arts. There was a Peter Pan drama workshop, a music day where the children worked closely with students from Bristol Cathedral Choir School, a huge charcoal tree created by many of the children with the help of one of our parents and Year 1 and Year 2 participated in a singing workshop with the Bristol Cathedral Choir School Chamber Choir. We were also very lucky to have local artist Emmeline Simpson come in to run an art workshop with our children. A huge thank you to the PTA for funding this. To celebrate all the fantastic artwork the children produced we held an Art Exhibition. Luckily the rain held off and we were able to display the artwork outside in Abbey Garden as well as the Year 1 Tree House. To see photos of Big Arts Week please go to our Gallery page.
